The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG 30ml

This lightweight formula features an exceptional 5% concentration of ordinary caffeine, combined with meticulously purified Epigallocatechin Gallatyl Glucoside (EGCG) extracted from green tea leaves. Independent research indicates that applying caffeine and EGCG topically can visibly reduce puffiness and dark circles around the eyes. Moreover, caffeine has demonstrated the ability to minimize the appearance of cellulite.

Important Notes:

1. Shadows under the eyes can result from the structural arrangement of sub-dermal tissues such as fat and bone. This phenomenon is distinct from dark circles and cannot be addressed with topical products like this formula.
2. Permanently puffy areas under the eyes, caused by fat deposits, cannot be significantly improved with topical skincare, including this formula.
